Here is the winning national costume awarded last night at the Binibining Pilipinas 2011 primer held at Republiq in Resorts World, Pasay City.
It was won by Candidate #2 Elizabeth Clenci.
It will be the Philippines' official national costume for Miss Universe® 2011.
