What is your favorite cookbook?

I want to know because I have a slight cookbook addiction. Luckily, I also have a library card.

The King Arthur Flour Cookie Companion ....I think it's a must-own for cookie makers
The King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion ....not just cookies, but bread, scones, waffles and more!
Ben & Jerry's Homemade Ice Cream & Dessert Book ....A recipe book. From Ben and Jerry. Enough said.
Everyday Food ....really a magazine, but for simple, delicious weeknight meals, it's wonderful. I actually stopped my subscription because I couldn't keep up with all of the recipes! Sorry, Martha.
